That's why this 16-Hour DUI Seminar provides individuals convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) with the knowledge, skills, and insights to make positive changes and prevent future incidents

Over 16 hours, you will:

Create a plan for maintaining positive changes to lower and reduce the risk of future DUI

Learn about substance use impact on driving abilities and skills

Develop strategies for stress management and low-risk choices

Explore underlying factors contributing to risky behaviors

Understand the consequences of DUI

North Dakota residents who have a DUI and are recommended for the 16-hour DUI course can complete the course over telehealth from the convenience of home.

Court and DOT approved program

If you have not completed the initial evaluation/assessment but are required by courts/DOT to complete one, I do those as well and can get you scheduled usually within a week

The Steps:

Schedule the substance use evaluation ($250 fee).

Sign confidentiality and informed consent paperwork.

Receive recommendations and share with courts/DOT if requested.

If recommended for DUI Seminar, receive zoom links and pay $400 fee.

Receive class workbook by mail.

07

Attend the full weekend Seminar (Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours each).

08

Receive completion certification; documents sent to courts and DOT.
