Individual Therapy

In my individual therapy sessions, I work with clients to explore the multifaceted aspects of their substance use. They learn to release negative thought patterns, cultivate self-awareness, and align their energy towards healing and recovery.

These one-on-one sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to process their experiences, set intentions for recovery, and develop a personalized toolkit of holistic coping and healing strategies.

Group Therapy

In group therapy, I offer a supportive environment where clients can connect with others on a similar path of healing from substance abuse. I facilitate the sessions, which may incorporate guided meditations and discussions on topics such as self-care, emotional regulation, and the mind-body-spirit connection.

By sharing their stories and holding space for one another, group members foster a sense of belonging, build social support networks, and learn from each other's insights and experiences.

Family Therapy

In family therapy, loved ones come together to explore the dynamics of substance abuse from a holistic perspective. Through guided dialogues, energy healing exercises, and family-centered meditations, participants learn to communicate authentically, set healthy boundaries, and create a harmonious home environment that supports their loved one’s recovery. These sessions aim to promote understanding, forgiveness, and collective healing within the family unit.

Evaluations

My evaluations provide a comprehensive assessment of each client's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Through a combination of in-depth interviews, I gain insight into the unique factors contributing to the individual's substance use.

This information is used to develop a personalized treatment plan and level of care recommendation that addresses the client's specific needs, strengths, and goals, ensuring a whole-person approach to recovery.

Whether you’re ready to get help now or have a court ordered eval that needs done ASAP, I am available to support you.

For court ordered/DUI Evals: $200 Evaluation fee is expected at time of scheduling.

You may have $0 fee for your evaluation and/or treatment if you have low income through the North Dakota SUD Voucher Program.

Schedule your evaluation as soon as tomorrow!
